Filing
Each candidate must file a declaration of candidacy with the Oklahoma State Ballot Lath to place his or her proper noun on the ballot. The declaration must be filed during the candidate filing menstruation, which begins on the second Midweek in April and ends on the post-obit Friday. Challenges
Any candidate may challenge another candidate's candidacy by filing a written petition of contest with the Oklahoma Land Ballot Lath.
