The affair is, I'd like to have the app available, but not on the chore bar.  The Q&A about this notification applet says it can be hidden from the job bar by making that choice on the Notification expanse customize window.  Only it stays hidden merely till the next time the computer is booted.

When you reboot, the app volition be gone until you install KB3035583. At that place is a scheduled task that refreshes that app and notifies you every day, twice.

Practise you want to reserve an update to Windows 10? If not at present, when? If non at all, why do you yet desire the app?

Just, it IS listed equally an "Important" update in available Windows Updates.  I did mark it to HIDE it.

I'd even so like to know how information technology got back on my organization.

There are three updates that have to be uninstalled in the 'view installed updates,' Click on the link that say's, "to remove an update, run into installed updates." Locate3035583, 2952664, 3021917. Right click on each, 1 after the other, don't restart if asked until all 3 are uninstalled. NOW reboot.

Check for updates now. Windows Update will find the three updates yous just removed. Click on the link to show available updates. At present right click each and select hide. That should stop the frustration.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think yous either have to always hide that icon by using the taskbar method afterward each reboot, or remove the update completely. I don't call back at that place is a mode to tell it to 'don't testify icon or notifications', and have it stay that way later a reboot.
